Create your first community

Sign up, then create a community from the dashboard or the pricing page. That step opens checkout for the platform plan. The community stays unpublished until the payment succeeds. After checkout, add branding, membership tiers, and lessons. Video processing takes extra time. Plan on more than 15 minutes before the community is ready for members.

Cancel or update a card

Settings, then Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Close an account

Delete communities you own, then use Close account in Settings. Type the account email to confirm.
